The Reverend Fr. Anthony Couchman is a retired priest with a
license to officiate at All Saints' Church.
Fr.
Anthony Couchman
joined
the parish staff of All Saints' following his retirement
from parish ministry and the church and benefice of St. Barnabas, Walthamstow,
where he was Incumbent for 31 years. Whilst having
relinquished his responsibility as Vicar, he was invited by
the Bishop to continue as the Furnishings Officer for the
Diocese of Chelmsford.
He is no
stranger to the town, having owned a house here for a
considerable number of years and has been a welcome visitor
and occasional celebrant at the Church.
Father
Anthony received the Bishop of Norwich's Licence to
Officiate in the Diocese earlier in February and, given his
considerable pastoral and liturgical experience, will be a
welcome member of our parish staff at All Saints'. |
